Install and update the SDK from the Unity registry
The public Unity package registry is upm.ksp2redux.org. Browsing and downloading packages does not require an account.
Add the registry in Unity
Open Edit → Project Settings → Package Manager.
Add a scoped registry with these values:
Name:
KSP2 ReduxURL:
https://upm.ksp2redux.orgScope:
ksp2redux
Apply the settings.
Enable Show Pre-release Package Versions for the snapshot releases.
Open Window → Package Management → Package Manager and choose My Registries. Select Redux SDK to browse its version history and install the version matching your game snapshot.
You can also use Install package by name with package name ksp2redux.sdk and an explicit version such as 0.2.9-26w43a.
The current SDK snapshots declare Unity 6000.6.0f1 as their minimum editor version. Use the editor and SDK version appropriate for the game build you are modding.
Snapshot versions
Weekly tags have distinct registry versions. Current ksp2redux.sdk snapshots target the game's 0.2.9 update. For example:
GitHub tag | Registry version |
|---|---|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
Each snapshot is a separate version even where older GitHub manifests reused 1.0.0. Only the registry archive's version and source metadata are adjusted; the GitHub tags and source files are unchanged.
